1、土建施工時,底板的大量積水沒有排干、排凈,而直接把混凝土倒入水中,造成底板四周出現(xiàn)很多蜂窩、麻面、孔洞、硫松。與底板交接不嚴(yán)實(shí),電梯井底部位置處在正負(fù)零水位線下3m,地下水壓較大,地下水通過孔洞、麻面、裂縫及疏松處滲漏至底坑,造成電梯井積水。

2、電梯并陰角四周嚴(yán)重滲漏:因底板先做防水層.再現(xiàn)澆側(cè)壁混凝土墻,這樣導(dǎo)致電梯井側(cè)壁混凝土墻跟底板斷層.原施工防水層就沒有起到應(yīng)有的防水效果,地下水就會不斷從斷層處滲漏進(jìn)電梯井內(nèi)。
